Orders and pricing

All products are made to order. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item being unavailable, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Production and shipping

Items are printed and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners. Production and delivery times are estimates only. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Product colors and sizing

Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products. Please check size charts before ordering. Handmade and printed items may have small variations.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text and logos on this site belong to Bobby's Merch or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Some designs reference popular internet memes and characters. All trademarks belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a harmful way, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bobby's Merch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
