Everything at Bobby's Merch is printed on demand, so each order goes through production before it ships.

Processing time

Production typically takes 2–7 business days after your order is placed. Busy periods and holidays may take longer.

Delivery time

After production, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days within the US and 7–20 business days internationally, depending on the destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Multiple items

Items in one order may be produced in different locations and arrive in separate packages, possibly on different days.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot change it once production has started, and we are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days or your order has not arrived within the expected window, email support@bobbysapparel.com and we will investigate.
